Booking your appointment with us

Booking fees: To reserve an appointment we may ask for a booking fee. The booking fee is transferable or refundable providing 48 hours' notice is given for the cancellation. If you wish to reschedule the appointment giving 48 hours' notice or more the booking fee can be transferred to secure the new appointment.

Cancellations and no shows. If you wish to cancel your appointment or do not attend, any booking fees paid will be lost.
